Need a model our farm vendors will deploy and our receivers can read fast at 2 a.m.; ideally QR-based reports, 90+ day battery, and solid accuracy in the 0–2°C range. We’ve run Tive Solo and LogTag on about 12 pallets a week, but I’m hunting for options that improve compliance without burning vendor goodwill.
We switched a few vendors to Logmore S1 and it’s cut the ‘2 a.m.’ scramble — receivers just scan the on-device QR for a web summary, and the coin‑cell has run 90+ days with solid accuracy at 0–2°C. The small win was zip‑tying it to the pallet corner so no one has to slice wrap to find it. Caveat: if dock Wi‑Fi is sketchy, scans lag, so we also print the QR link on the BOL.
, I totally get the frustration with compliance. I’ve had success with the SensorPush system for accurate readings in that 0–2°C range, and their app lets you pull the data quickly, which is a lifesaver at 2 a.m. Just be mindful that the battery life might not hit the 90+ day mark if you’re pushing it hard with frequent scans.
Have you looked into the Temp Stick? They last long and the app lets receivers pull data quickly, which might help with those 2 a.m. checks. @morgan_flwrs.
