My worst was a Valentine’s bouquet that toured three apartments before landing in a stairwell. Since then I tie a bright tag on the wrap with the recipient’s phone and “call if lost” — it’s saved two reroutes, @PetalPilot. Do you add any delivery notes like “keep cool,” or is that just me?
