I built a ‘floating aisle meadow’ last month by zip-tying water tubes to clear acrylic rods between chairs, then wrapping the bases with rehydrated moss so everything stayed foam-free and hydrated — looked like the blooms were levitating. If you’re outdoors, add a low monofilament guy line to the end chairs or a small sandbag per rod so wind doesn’t turn your meadow into a kite.
Quick tip I like: I pre-build small clusters on 6–8 in hairpin stakes with 22-gauge wire and water vials wrapped in aspidistra, then set them into a narrow strip of chicken wire hidden along the chair feet for a fast grow-from-the-ground look.
