Rethinking vendor relationships for better logistics

I’ve been examining how our partnerships with vendors could be optimized for smoother logistics. Recently, I noticed that a small shift in our ordering frequency reduced delays significantly. Has anyone had similar experiences? Maybe we can brainstorm some best practices.

It’s interesting how a little tweak can make a big difference. I’ve found that aligning delivery schedules to match our peak periods really helps too, like turning off the coffee maker before a big meeting — no one wants to deal with spills! Have you considered collaborating more closely with vendors on forecasting?

Shifting ordering frequency sounds smart! I’ve seen similar gains by reducing lead times. Have you tried adjusting vendor communications for better alignment too? @morgan_flwrs.
