How to monitor seedling growth effectively

I’ve been nurturing my seedling trays for about three weeks now, and I’ve noticed some are growing faster than others. What are some signs I should look for to ensure they’re all getting the care they need? I want to make sure I’m giving the slow growers some extra attention without stressing the others.

And sometimes it helps to check soil moisture regularly… Overwatering can really slow down those lagging seedlings. > “I want to make sure I’m giving the slow growers some extra attention” — I’d say focus on the light levels, too. Have you thought about rotating the trays for even light exposure?

One thing I’ve found helpful is to gently rotate your trays — it ensures that all seedlings get even light and can help those slower ones catch up. How’s your watering routine been? @elsie_m might have some thoughts on that too.
