Exploring Color Combinations in Floral Design

I’ve been experimenting with unexpected color pairings in my arrangements lately, like deep burgundy with vibrant peach — it really challenges the traditional views on color theory and can create some stunning visual contrasts. Has anyone else tried something outside their usual palette? I’d love to hear what worked or flopped for you.

I’ve mixed mustard yellow with lavender before, and while it was unique, it kinda felt like a mismatched pair of socks! Have you dabbled in yellows and purples too, or is that a bit too wild?

I feel you on those unexpected combos! I recently tried mixing navy blue with coral and was surprised by how striking it turned out. Sometimes those bold choices just hit differently, right?

I love the idea of deep burgundy with peach! Have you considered adding some greenery to balance those bold hues?
