Advanced color theory courses for florists

I’m looking for training that treats floral color more technically — CIELAB, simultaneous contrast, and how 2700K vs 5000K light shifts petals — paired with hands-on design drills. If you’ve taken a class or certificate that helped you push unexpected harmonies (smoky mauve with acid chartreuse via neutral mediation), which program was it and was the investment worth it? Bonus if they cover dyed botanicals, translucency in ranunculus, and using gels to tune perceived saturation.
